Premium Location:
The XTown facility is located in the expanding Mirabel area. The property is conveniently located directly on highway 15 and route 158 near the Mirabel Airport. The facility is located within 30 minutes of Montreal making it the closest facility to the greater Montreal. With the imminent completion of Highway 50 to the Hull-Ottawa region, XTown location is optimum. The highway 15 at this location generates traffic of 126,000 cars every day. The site is easily accessible from the nearest exit on Highway 15. Once off the highway, XTown is 2 minutes away.
Indoor Facility:

Indoor Facility:
-The indoor track is located inside a 70,000 square feet dome.
-The indoor track is made of a mix of dirt and clay. The grip is very good.
-The track has 6 lanes which are 25 feet wide. It takes just over 1 minutes to complete a lap for an advanced rider.
-The track has 8 corners and 9 jumps.
-The track is safe and for all caliber of riders, all jumps are tabletops two of which are 65 feet long.
-The facility is well ventilated with 8 powerfull fans automatically linked with 16 Co2 and No2 Gaz sensors.
-The buidling has proper lighting that allows for riding at night.
-An indoor pit is available with seating area for spectators.
Outdoor Tracks:
-Main MX/ATV track.
-The track is made of sand and dirt.
-The track has 16 corners and 12 jumps.
-Lap time are currently in the 2M10s - 2M20s for advanced rider.
-The track is safe with mostly all tabletops and safe jumps.
-The track is completely watered with 12 Waters Canons fed by a 1200 Gallons/minute pump.
-Intermediate Track
-The track is 2 Km long and made of sand and dirt, absolutely no rocks !
-The track is safe with only tabletops jumps.
-Lap time is roughly 1M45s for an intermediate rider.

-Beginner Track.
-The Beginner track is build for beginner riders only. No fast riders are allowed on that track.
-The track is made of safe tabletops, completely watered and well drained.
-PeeWee Track.
It is built for small kids with 50cc ATV and MX only.
Other Services and Infratructure
Pits
-Pits are completely paved and located directly beside the track. A spectator area is available with two stands.
WIFI Internet Access
-Wireless Internet Access is available for free in the Pit Area.
Transponder Timing System
-An AMB and FreeLap timing system are installed on the main track. For AMB transponders, results are available online at www.mylaps.com (Available mid-September)
Camping
-Camping sites with services (water and electricity (30 AMP)) are available at 15$ per night.
-Camping with no services is free. Water stations are available on the site.
-Pressure Washer
-Pressure washer machines are available onsite for participants who wish to clean their MX or ATV.
