Dirtbikes & ATV rentals:

XTown will provide rentals for participants who wish to be introduces to Action Sports. Full equipment, introduction courses, everything required to get you started on the right feet into your new sport.

Important Note: For the Winter rental will only be available during the week. As well it will only be available to experienced riders. For beginner we recommend that you wait until spring to get started.

Weekly fees:
  • CRF70, CRF 100 are dirtbikes & RAPTOR90 is a 4 wheeler : 100$ for 3 hours ( 4 stroke engine)
  • TTR 125 : 150$ for 3 hours(dirtbike with a 4 stroke engine)
  • TTR 230 :  175$ for 3 hours(dirtbike with a 4 stroke engine)
  • KX250F : 245$ for 3 hours(competition dirtbike with a 4 stroke engine)
Week end fees:

**FYI** A  25,00$ riding accreditation will be required  on your  first rental of either a dirtbike or an atv.
Included in the rental:
  • Acces to all the mx&atv tracks (indoor & outdoor).
  • Unit supplied with all thats needed(gas & safety riding gear).
All rentals must reserved by phone at 450-432-4299.
A deposit of 500,00$ is required for  all rentals to returned after the unit is returned without any major damages.
*Children under 18 must be with a parent to be able to sign the  papers that need be signed ( waivers).
    
Parts and Equipment:

As stated our mission is to be dedicated to provide top level facility for Action Sports not to become an equipment retailer or dealership. It is intended that XTown will partner with OEM, dealerships and equipment retailers to promote Action Sports not to compete with them.

It is for that reason that we have elected at XTown not to sell any parts or equipment on site. We will however carry some equipment to lend or rent to folks who have forgot or broke riding gears. We will also provide tools, air compressors, electricity to help as much as we can but not a service shop. Consumable like oil and gasoline will be available on site but beyond that we will rely on local dealership to provide the parts, equipment, services and expertise to our client base. There are plenty of well establish dealership very close to XTown to serve you, following is a list of local dealership:
